At GreenMind A/S, which is one of Denmark’s largest retailer of refurbished consumer electronics, he leads eCommerce, marketing, and digital strategy — driving growth through data, AI, and omnichannel innovation. As a key member of the management team, Martin owns the full online P&L and in the last finance year delivered +45% YoY online revenue growth. He is passionate about AI’s real-world potential, and actively integrates AI-driven solutions to future-proof GreenMind’s circular retail model and enhance digital performance.

Her work focuses particularly on payments, brand visibility, traffic growth, and conversion optimization, helping merchants turn customer experience into a measurable competitive advantage.

MARKUS LAURIO
CEO, PAYTRAIL (FI)
Markus Laurio is the CEO of Paytrail, Finland’s leading online payment provider and a key player in the country’s digital commerce ecosystem. With nearly 20 years of experience in ecommerce and the payments industry, combined with 15 years as CFO in international corporations, he brings a rare blend of financial expertise and strategic leadership to the future of digital commerce. He is a member of Nexi’s Nordic Management Team and has served on nearly 30 boards across Europe. As an active investor, he has gained broad insight into how different industries approach growth and transformation.
Markus is also passionate about people — especially how wellbeing, culture, and organizational models drive performance. At Paytrail, he pairs this human-centric leadership with a strong customer focus, helping merchants solve the real payment challenges of scaling across markets.

INNOVATION LEAD, SIILI SOLUTIONS (FI)
Petri Lattu is the Innovation Lead at Siili Solutions, where he helps businesses navigate the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation. With a background in strategic design, technology, and futures thinking, Petri specializes in bridging AI advancements with real-world applications, ensuring organizations maximize their AI potential. At Siili, he plays a key role in bringing in new avenues of growth via shaping companies ready for the Companion Economy, demystifying AI, developing prototypes of future AI-driven organizations, and crafting practical strategies for AI adoption. His expertise lies in identifying meaningful opportunities amid the AI hype and guiding companies toward sustainable, high-impact AI integration.

SAMU HURSKAINEN
ECOMMERCE LEAD, VÄRE & OWNER OF NORTHERN POLAR XPERIENCE (FI)
Samu Hurskainen is the eCommerce Lead at Väre, one of Finland’s largest energy companies, where he is responsible for driving continuous digital growth through data-driven optimisation and experimentation. Under his leadership, Väre has achieved multiple all-time-high sales months and nearly doubled its annual ecommerce revenue. With over a decade of experience in digital growth marketing across B2B and B2C, Samu brings deep expertise in SEO, PPC, inbound strategy and full-funnel optimisation. Known for his analytical approach and ability to translate customer behaviour into measurable results, he has played a key role in transforming Väre’s ecommerce profitability and customer experience.

Beyond ecommerce, Samu is the owner of Northern Polar Xperience and has appeared in YLE’s Eränkävijät series, showcasing his connection to Finland’s wilderness.

NIKO Karhapää
STRATEGY EXECUTION LEAD, VIPPS MOBILEPAY (FI)
Niko Karhapää is Strategy Execution Lead at Vipps MobilePay, where he drives strategic initiatives across one of the Nordics’ most widely used payment ecosystems. Since 2018, he has been closely involved in building some of Finland’s most widely used mobile payment services, bringing deep experience in customer behaviour, product development, and financial technology. Niko is driven by the fast pace and complexity of the payments landscape — from evolving customer expectations to rapid technological change and shifting regulation. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tampere University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Helsinki.

At Vipps MobilePay, Niko works closely with product and technology teams to translate strategy into real-world impact, from mobile-first checkout improvements to new AI-driven capabilities.
