SHARON GAI

Director of Global Key Accounts | ALIBABA

Sharon Gai started her career in e-commerce at a Fortune 500 systems integrator, enabling SMB’s to conveniently order computer hardware online. She was part of Alibaba’s globalization initiative in the Alibaba Global Leadership Academy, which strives to internationalize Alibaba’s domestic business units. In her tenure as a Category Manager in Tmall, China’s largest e-commerce platform, she worked with FMCG brands from large customers to emerging internet-viral brands in crafting their digital marketing and online e-commerce strategy in China. She currently serves as the Director of Global Key Accounts in the Tmall Overseas team, enabling global brands to leverage Alibaba’s overseas e-commerce platforms.

ALBERT CHAN

Head of Industry for eCommerce and Retail | GOOGLE

Albert Chan is currently the Head of Industry for eCommerce and Retail in Google, with expertise in digital retail transformation.  Prior to this role, he oversaw the SMB Consumer Goods vertical, and the global eBay business at Google.  Before joining Google in 2014, Albert held numerous executive roles at Procter & Gamble.  Albert is also currently studying at the Harvard Business School, and will graduate as an alumnus in July 2021.

Romulo Rejon is a Marketing & Strategy executive with broad experience across brand and digital content, unlocking creative opportunities in the telco sector in Europe and Latin America. 
In his previous role as Head of Content Marketing for B2B at Telefonica, he excelled at reframing complex problems, creating differentiated end-to-end digital strategies. He launched the company’s content platform for SMBs in 14 countries, reaching a record volume of visitors per month and creating a new channel for lead generation.
He reconciles the thought process and problem-solving skills of an engineer with the creativity and storytelling expertise of an actor.

SARA SJÖBERG

Head of Customer Engagement | H&M GROUP

Sara Sjöberg is currently Global head of Customer Engagement in H&M Group, overseeing all personalization and loyalty development for the group’s 8 brands. Sara has during her 3 years with H&M set up the personalization area as well as relaunched H&M´s loyalty program, Hello Member that now has more than 100 million member globally. Sara´s background is in digital innovation and retail, with experience from eg launching market leading grocery ecom as well as working in digital agency.
