In his role as Senior Project Manager Metaverse at HUGO BOSS AG, Rafa's responsibilities include identifying the potential of the Metaverse across the company, defining the strategy in close collaboration with interdisciplinary stakeholders, and managing projects from ideation to implementation. He is fascinated by the possibilities enabled by immersive tech and blockchain and loves working at the edge of innovation.

 

In his previous position at HUGO BOSS, he was a project manager in eCom and responsible for online marketplace integrations. He also teaches "Strategic Innovation Management and Fundamentals of Market Psychology" at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).”
