After his Master in "International Business” in London, Christoph started his career as a Category Manager in the Beauty Care division of Henkel in Düsseldorf. He then became eCommerce Manager in the Laundry & Home division of the DAX group. After traveling around the world for 5 months, Christoph joined Kellogg in Hamburg, beginning of 2020. There he is responsible as Head of eCommerce Northern & Eastern Europe for the strategic development of eCommerce (Pure Players | Q-Commerce | Omnichannel retailers) and leading Kellogg Europe’s transformation towards a Direct-to-Consumer company
JULIA PAULSEN
DIRECTOR OF ECOMMERCE NORDIC | Elkjøp Nordic (NO)
Julia is the Director of eCommerce Nordics at Elkjøp Nordics AS consisting of Gigantti in Finland, Elgiganten in Sweden and Denmark and Elkjøp in Norway. She is pushing the Coaching Leadership further with experience from her previous roles as Head of Digital Sales and Service at DNB, the biggest bank in Norway, Director of Digital Strategy at telecom giant Telenor and Brand Manager of Nordics at the ecommerce giant Zalando.
Julia is proud to have received DNB's most courageous leader award in the Retail Market 2019 after implementing our own way of work model and sharing the learnings in the book - WOW: Smells like team spirit. Your practical guide to agile and all that buzz.

Experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer, health care and industrial/agri industry. Building from scratch a DTC proposition, managing online experience at pure players through content, data, ratings & reviews and setting up B2B ecommerce strategy & proposition for Philips. Recently set up B2B ecommerce & digital marketing team at Kramp with focus on customer acquisition and conversion through online experiences, marketing automation and data driven decision making.
Member of several expert groups, eg eCommerce Summit Europe, Webwinkel Vakdagen, Expert group Direct Brands. Awards won for experience & commerce web performance.
JOHANNA WIDOMSKI
DIGITAL DIRECTOR | FAZER GROUP (FI)
+13 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing, digital transformation, technology and new digital business development. Experienced in leading transformative digital initiatives from strategy setting to implementation and building long-term capabilities. Dedicated digital pioneer who gets things done. Passionate digital talent developer and a practitioner of agile values.
Throughout her career, she has built two direct-to-consumer digital businesses from scratch to profitable across FMCG/CPG and homeware industries in Northern Europe. This entrepreneurial drive and experience has led to wider digital transformation roles. Today she is driving digital acceleration for Fazer Group together with our talented digital community.

At Columbia Road, Eero has been in the prime spot for seeing how digital commerce has transformed in the Nordics for the past 7 years. In his current role, leading the consultancy’s strategy and commercial operations, Eero is in daily discussions with digital commerce leaders in Nordics, Germany, and the Netherlands about their future aspirations and current focus areas.
